Youth Auditions for Lyric Theatre Company’s “The Addams Family”

They’re creepy and they’re kooky, mysterious and spooky–and they also sing and dance. This entertaining musical, based on the Charles Addams cartoon and classic TV show, lights up the stage as Morticia, Gomez, Uncle Fester, Grandma, Pugsley, and Lurch put on their macabre best when daughter Wednesday brings home a young suitor from the outside world. Watch as the Addams Family (ancestors and all) try to embrace a “normal family” while staying true to their spooky roots.
Casting for the featured youth role of Pugsley Addams and for two Ancestor Children. To audition for Pugsley or one of the Ancestor Children, you must have turned 8 years old by September 7, 2019. Pugsley must have a believable stage age of 10-13 years old, and the Ancestor Children must have a believable stage age of 5-13 years old.
