The 1960s quickly transformed into the decade of “home movies.” Portability, ease of use, and quick development allowed consumers to record anything that interested them. This week, come see a few films in the museum’s digitized 8mm film collection. Recordings include everyday quarry operations, like jet channeling and men at work. The museum will also show a movie shot by Rock of Ages employee Lloyd Russell Murray. Questions and discussion to follow. This event is FREE and open to the public.
