Vermont’s oldest agricultural fair will celebrate its 177th season with exciting midway rides, a pirate-themed aerial thrill show, Wolves of the World educational show, up-close Dinosaur Experience, magic and illusion show, livestock events, motorsports, Children’s Tent activities, chainsaw carving, a milking parlor, maple sugar house, exhibits, demonstrations, bingo, tasty carnival eats and more.
Fair highlights include:
* Wednesday – Mini-Horse Pull (6 pm), Power Wheels Demo, Van and Team Demo (6:30 pm)
* Thursday – Farm Tractor Pull (10 am), DJ entertainment (7 pm)
* Friday – 4×4 Truck Pull (6 pm), Diamond Special party band (8:30 pm)
* Saturday – New England Rodeo Bulls & Barrels (1 pm, 7 pm), Phoenix Bazaar Fire Show (9 pm)
* Sunday – Ox Pulls (10 am), Demo Derby (1 pm qualifying, 6 pm finals)
Daily admission (includes rides, shows, entertainment & parking): $12 Wednesday; $20 Thursday – Sunday ($16 online pre-sale); $12 for seniors on Friday. Kids under 36″ tall are admitted free.
Fair gates open at 4 pm Wednesday and 7 am Thursday – Sunday. Midway hours: 4-11 pm Wednesday, 11 am-11 pm Thursday – Saturday, 11 am-9 pm Sunday.
