Vermont’s largest agricultural fair celebrates its 75th anniversary with exciting midway rides and games, live music, Circus Adventure, racing pigs, livestock shows and pulling contests, demolition derbies, truck and tractor pulls, Tom Joyce “The Magic Man,” Pirate Man Dan shows, Cairo Northern Clowns, Children’s Barnyard activities, exhibits, 4-H workshops, demonstrations, contests, closing night square dance and fireworks, tasty carnival eats and more.
Daily admission (includes grandstand events, shows, exhibits and parking): $13; $5 for ages 6-11; free for children 5 & younger; free for seniors on Tuesday with a Green Mountain Passport. Visit the website for details on season passes.
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches and taller) are $25 on site or 4/$75 before Aug. 1 at DreamlandAmusements.com.
The fairgrounds open at 8:30 am Tuesday – Wednesday, 8 am Thursday, and 9 am Friday – Saturday. Midway hours are noon-11 pm.
