It’s the iconic “Urkel Dance” episode! School bully Willie Fuffner returns and is jealous that Steve is the life of Maxine’s rooftop party. He spikes Steve’s drink and all hell breaks loose when it didn’t need to be if ADULT Rachel, Laura, or any of the other kids at the party used their brains (obviously we cannot rely on Waldo). Meanwhile, Carl wants a consensus on where to go for the Winslow family vacation, BUT what he really wants is for them all to go with his very dad choice.
