Adirondack Regional Theatre (ART) has announced auditions for The Crucible, one of Arthur Miller’s most famous and controversial plays. Auditions will be held at the Strand Center for the Arts 23 Brinkerhoff Street in Plattsburgh Saturday December 1 (11am-3pm) with callbacks December 1 from 3:30-5pm. The Crucible will be the first locally produced play presented in the fully renovated Strand Theatre.
It will be an open audition process and those wishing to audition are asked to prepare a short monologue. Auditioners might be asked to read from the script that relates to their preferred character.
