Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union’s LEAPS Afterschool Program is hosting an Edcamp (free professional development and networking opportunity open to everyone) with a focus on those who work with youth. This includes teachers (it will count toward relicensing) and also anyone who works with youth outside the classroom: librarians, childcare providers, coaches, counselors, scout leaders, after school instructors, and more. Young people in grade 7 and up are also invited to participate. Part of the purpose of this conference is to equip professionals to better support youth, and we need to know what supports young people need. This conference is led by the participants, and offers them an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience. We ask that everyone RSVP through the link on our website https://fnesuleaps.wordpress.com/leaps-edcamp-beyond-classrooms/.
