Mary’s Kitchen Corner: Maple Indoor S’Mores

8 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 bag miniature marshmallows (6 cups)
1 bag chocolate chips (2 cups semi sweet or milk, I prefer semi sweet)
1/2 cup maple syrup
5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put cereal in large bowl. In a large glass or microwaveable bowl put in the butter, the chocolate chips, all but 1 cup of the miniature marshmallows, and the maple syrup. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds or so by stirring until smooth. When smooth stir in vanilla. Add mixture into cereal and stir. Fold in last of the miniature marshmallows. Pour whole mixture into a buttered 9×13 pan and spread evenly with a buttered back of a spoon. Refrigerate for an hour,  then cut into squares. Makes 24. Enjoy!
